BACKGROUND

INTRA HARTA CONSULTANTS SDN. BHD. (“INTRA HARTA”) is registered with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents, Malaysia as a professional consultancy firm providing property related professional services in property and machinery valuation, real estate agency, consultancy, project and property management. The firm is also registered with The Ministry of Finance to carry out valuation services for government and government agencies.

The firm was established by Sallehuddin Mohd Iskan in February 2000 as a proprietary consultancy firm. With the joining of Noor Azhar bin Mohd Asha’ari and Tan Kok Yew, the firm was incorporated as INTRA HARTA CONSULTANTS SDN BHD in the same year. It has grown steadily ever since.

Today, the group has four (4) offices well situated in Klang of Selangor, Teluk Intan of Perak, Sungai Petani of Kedah, and Johor Bahru of Johor. It has also management offices at Plaza MPK, Klang; Megah Villa Apartment, Kota Warisan Sepang; and Gugusan Cempaka, Kota Damansara, Selangor.

All offices are headed by registered valuer and estate agents and supported by a dynamic and aggressive professional team who are mostly graduates in the related fields with wide experience and well-trained skills and knowledge.
