Our professional services are conducted in accordance to the Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agent Act, 1981 and its Rules 1986 (as amended) and are guided by the Malaysian Valuation Standards and Malaysian Estate Agency Standards as well as other international standards and other guidelines which are enforceable at that time.

Our professional indemnity insurance is covered by AM Assurance Berhad up to RM1,000,000.00.
