INTRA HARTA provides full range of real estate related valuation, agency, management and consultancy services as follows:

1.1 VALUATION

We carry out valuation for all types of properties, plants and machineries, assets and equipments for various purposes such as mortgage financing, fire insurance, sale and purchase, corporate or internal management, taxation, accounting, submission to Securities Commission, compensation, foreclosure etc..

1.2 REAL ESTATE AGENCY

We act as the agent for the principal in selling, buying, letting or renting a properties, chattels or any other via various mode of transaction such as private treaty, public auction, tender, joint-venture, capital venture etc..

1.3 PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND MARKETING

We involve in initial planning stage of a project by giving feedback on the marketing aspects to the project team. We will advise on the marketing positioning, segmentation, target and strategies. We will follow through with the marketing action plan, promotion and sale. We will coordinate the project construction and advise on the financial cashflow until the project is completed.

1.4 PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

We act as the property manager that manages the property to ensure our client achieves optimum return and appreciation in the property investment. Our services cover the management, maintenance and tenancy management of the property. We shall manage and control all outgoings at the lowest without jeopardized the standard and quality of the building, provide regular and interval maintenance program to M & E, cleaning and security services.

1.5 PROPERTY INVESTMENT CONSULTANCY

We gather necessary market information, interpret the peculiar property market and to identify opportunities so as to assist client in making wise decision and thus optimizing their investment returns. We collect information, carry out market research and feasibility analysis and studies.
