Encik Sallehuddin Bin Mohd Iskan, 36, graduated from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia with a degree in Bachelor of Surveying (Hons) (Property Management) in 1991. He joined Sailan & Co., Johor Bahru as Valuation Executive before left to join Colliers, Jordan Lee & Jaafar (S) Sdn Bhd in August 1991. He was later promoted to be Assistant Manager till he obtained his registration with the Board of Valuer, Appraiser and Estate Agents, Malaysia on 25 June 1998. He then joined Homestead Real Estate as a partner in Klang in 1999 before he decided to set up Intraharta Consultant.

En. Sallehuddin specialized in valuation of various types of commercial, industrial, development lands and special properties for the purposes of statutory requirements, submission to Securities Commission and Pengurusan Danaharta Nasional Berhad and mortgage financing. He was also engaged in carrying out market and feasibility study for proposed development and rental valuation of power station as well as for rating purposes. He has also involved in real estate agency and project marketing of housing schemes in Klang, Selangor.

TAN KOK YEW

Mr. Tan Kok Yew, 37, graduated from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia with a degree in Bachelor of Surveying (Hons) (Property Management) in 1991. He then persued his post graduate study on part time basis in 1999 and was awarded Master of Business Administration from Universiti Utara Malaysia in 2002.

He started his career as a valuer with Rahim & Co. (Penang) Chartered Surveyors Sdn Bhd in 1991. Then, he joined C.H Williams, Talhar & Wong Sdn Bhd, Alor Star. He was promoted from Qualified Assistant to Assistant Manager before he left and joined Regroup Associates (Penang) Sdn Bhd as a Director in August 1998. He then decided to join the current group and be the managing director of Intra Harta Consultants (North) Sdn Bhd.

Mr. Tan registered with the Boards of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents, Malaysia as Registered Estate Agent in July 1995 and as Registered Valuer in February 1998. He is also a member of the Institution of Surveyors, Malaysia (MISM) and a member of the Association of Valuers and Property Consultants of Private Practice, Malaysia (PEPS). He was appointed by the High Court in Malaya to serve as an Assessor in 1999. He is presently a panel member of Investigation Tribunal of Advocates & Solicitors’ Disciplinary Board.

During his practice, Mr. Tan specialized in valuation of various types of commercial, industrial, residential, agricultural and special properties for the purposes of mortgage, sale, purchase, foreclosure, taxation, compulsory acquisition and submission to Securities Commission. He was also actively engaged in real estate agency practice involving wide spectrum of properties and conducted market research and feasibility studies. The bulk of his valuation and estate agency experience was in the Penang, Kedah and Perlis.

Mr. Tan is active in community and social services. He is currently the Leader of the Youth Section and central committee member of Persatuan Tan Si Eng Chuan Tong, Kedah/Perlis; the assistant Treasurer of the Federation of Chen (Tan) and Association, Youth Section, Malaysia; the Secretary of the Youth Section and central committee member of Persatuan Teo Chew, Kedah/Perlis, the member of PIBG of SRJK (C) Peng Min, the member of the Board of Sin Min Private School and the Legal Affair Committee Chairman of the Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Central Kedah.

NOOR AZHAR BIN MOHD ASHA’ARI

Encik Noor Azhar bin Mohd Asha’ari, 36, obtained his Diploma in Estate Management from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) in 1989. He joined Raine & Horne, Zaki & Partners Sdn Bhd as Assistant Valuation Officer. He then pursued his degree in Bachelor of Estate Management (Hons) in UiTM while he was working with Raja Aris Jurunilai in 1992. He graduated in 1993 and he joined Kumpulan Jurunilai Sdn Bhd as Valuation Officer. He was then promoted to Senior Valuation Office, Assistant Manager and Branch Manager. In 2000, he left Kumpulan Jurunilai Sdn Bhd and set up Intra Harta Consultants Sdn Bhd.

Encik Noor Azhar registered as a Registered Valuer and Estate Agent on 27 October 1998 with the Boards of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents, Malaysia. He is also a member of the Institution of Surveyors, Malaysia (MISM).

During his employment, Encik Noor Azhar specialized in rating valuation for the local authorities in the States of Selangor and Perak. He was exposed to valuation of various commercial, industrial, residential, lands and special properties as well as plants and machineries. He was also engaged in carrying out valuation of development projects and estate plantations for various purposes and land acquisition purposes. He carried out market and feasibility study for proposed development in Johor, Pahang, Selangor and Perak.

KHAIRUL ANUAR BIN HAIRUN

Encik Khairul Anuar Bin Hairun, 36, graduated from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia with a degree in Bachelor of Surveying (Hons) (Property Management) in 1991. He joined Colliers, Jordan Lee & Jaafar (JH) Sdn. Bhd., Johor Bahru as a Valuation Executive until he was promoted to be the Manager (Valuation Division) until April, 2001. From then, he was appointed as a Director/Branch Manager of TD Aziz (East Coast) Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru until September, 2002. He then set up Intra Harta Consultants (South) Sdn Bhd.
